AEVA visit to Narara Eco Village

The Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) NSW Branch has been invited by Narara Eco Village for a tour of their facilities on Sunday 26 May.

The day will begin with a meeting at Pie in the Sky pie shop in Cowan for a photo op and coffee, followed by heading to Narara Eco Village for the tour.

The tour of the village will focus on their Micro Grid and energy systems, and how they hope to integrate V2G with EV’s, as they discussed on the recent Fully Charged interview on YouTube. Residents may be interested in talking about your EV.

Lunch will be available at Narara for a small cost of $10. If you wish to book lunch, RSVP and pay HERE. You are also free to bring your own lunch.

The schedule for the day will be:

–  9:45am – Meet at Pie in the Sky: 1296 Pacific Hwy, Cowan
–  10:15am – Leave Pie in the Sky for Narara
–  11:10am – Arrive Narara Eco Village: 33 Gugandi Road, Narara
–  11:30am – Tour of the Village
–  12:30pm – Lunch
–  1:30pm – Q&A with residents
–  2:00pm – Visit ends

EV charging is available at the Village, with three 22kW EVSEs, billed by Exploren. Two are listed on PlugShare, and a third is located in front of the Village Green on Bookbook Rise.

Children are welcome but please, no pets.
