Electrify Bouddi Special General Meeting

You are cordially invited to attend a brief Special General Meeting of the association to be held on 10 October 2024 from 6:00pm to 6:20pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1.  formally present the association’s FY2024 financial report to the membership, as required by Fair Trading NSW, and

2.  approve a Special Resolution regarding changes to our Constitution, required by the Australian Tax Office in connection with our application for Deductible Gift Recipient status.
