Hear from the Australian team who invented solar panels

Spark Club is joining Climate Action Week Sydney on 16 May to host Professor Martin Green, Sydney’s own unassuming climate hero, who with his team, invented solar panels. Grant McDowell will host a live fireside chat with Martin and Professor Renate Egan from UNSW.

This upcoming live event with Professors Green and Egan is special. This is a largely unknown story of Professor Green and his team inventing solar panels – an Australian invention that has taken the world by storm! And with great inspiration, Professor Egan will continue this story in her new role as Director.

In Grant’s words, ‘this is a cracking tale and one Australia should be extremely proud of, we punch well above our weight in solar PV innovation, and continue to’.

BOOK NOW for this live event.
